Easy Idli podi
Just to share with you……
I still remember the idli podi’s made by my grandma . It involves lots of process and ingredients and each has to be roasted separately. It is a tedious and lengthy process and she almost use all kids of dal’s. Though its tasty and very good for health now at this time I hope nobody likes to follow that lengthy process. Every body likes to have simple process. Many people are fond of eating idli’s and dosa’s with idli powder also called as Idli milaga podi. Some people especially from north has their own way of making this powder called as Gun powder.
