Do you ever tasted fish cutlet like this?  Usually cutlets are made my  adding Boiled and mashed potato but this cutlet is made with out adding potato which gives the real taste of food.I tasted it for the very first time in life during my first Wedding Anniversary. I have a brother named Mathivannan and his wife is Priya. My anni’s family used to cook different varieties of non -veg.  She prepared fish cutlet for my first wedding anniversary party. We loved it a lot. In India since we use fresh fish (not the frozen ones)  we need to boil with little salt and turmeric powder then you need to remove the bones carefully. But here in US you can  use fillets which reduces lot of our work. This can be a different type of snack.
